Called Go To Plumber after my outdoor hose bib tore clean off the wall and I had to shut off my main water to stop the flooding. Felix Matos came out and handled the whole job start to finish — professional, fast, and clean work. The copper pipe was recessed inside the wall which made it a tight repair, but he had the right tools and the right approach from the jump.

What really stood out was the transparency on pricing. Felix walked me through exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost before any work started. No surprises, no upsells, no games. He even gave me a military discount and genuinely thanked my family for my service multiple times throughout the visit — that meant a lot.
